Rally open-back "White Lady" frailing/old-time model - £475.00

Rally open-back

a new product with striking appearance and great sound. It has an 11” x 5/8” thick maple rim with a “White Lady” style tone ring & heavy duty "antique bronze" metalwork - 24 brackets and a Presto tailpiece. The hardware is engraved and "distressed" for a "vintage" look. Fitted with a Renaissance head. The truss rodded maple neck is slim with a cream bound rosewood fingerboard and fancy position markers. The scale length is 26 ¼” with 22 frets. Modern banjo fretting, nicely done and hand-dressed for an excellent playing surface. The action is set-up low but is adjustable as required. Fitted with good quality vintage style planetary banjo tuners and a geared 5th string peg. The stained maple neck is finished in satin lacquer which matches the body very well - the finish is very good. Overall, this banjo is very well built and very good value for money. It has a mellow, very loud tone suitable for any open chord tuning. A good banjo which would suit a player of any standard.
