A lovely one-piece cast tailpiece based on a 1920's design.
The tailpiece attaches to the banjo by means of a single nut & stud screwed into a tapped hole under the tail section sticking out at the back. There are cast lugs on the back of the tailpiece for the strings to loop over.
This is a nice heavy cast-metal tailpiece ideal for replacing similar tailpieces on period banjos or for use on many kinds of modern new build banjo. This version is specifically for 4-string banjos.
