As we can't decide where to classify them, we've decided to list electric banjos under both open-back & resonator headings. Eventually, there will most likely be a separate page for them but that's a way off yet ! Orders for banjos & banjo outfits can be placed and paid for on-line and will be packed up and despatched as soon as possible. We will e-mail an anticipated delivery date on receipt of your order. The on-line ordering and payment system is only available for instruments & outfits. Sorry, it's not yet available for parts & accessories. It doesn't supercede the other forms of payment - you can still phone for personal advice and pay with a card (or even mail a cheque or postal order if you prefer). "Pop-up blockers" can make browsing these lists impossible - if you have a "pop-up blocker" installed on your browser, you may need to turn it off whilst you browse through the lists of instruments as the "further details" links sometimes get treated as if they were unwanted "pop-up" adverts by some browsers! Phone hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday - closed weekends & Bank Holidays "VAT @ 15%" + "2009 Prices" are still shown in some places on the site. These prices will be honoured for the time being (adn we'll pay the extra VAT) - this will be sorted out when the general price increase (due to the decline in the value of Sterling)works its way through. E-mail - if you think you haven't had a reply from me, look in your "spam box". Many e-mail systems routinely consign all e-mails from commercial sites there ...... unless you tell them different! It also bears repeating that you should ensure that you fill in a appropriate subject line when you e-mail me - e-mails that start "no subject" or "hi" go straight into MY "spam-box", I'm sorry to say.
